Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
Sealed items that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned, as they are considered non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process:
If you would like to return an eligible item, please contact our customer support at customercare@plumie.com within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
Our customer support will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Shipping:
For returning your item, simply choose your preferred shipping carrier, cover the shipping costs, and make sure the package is securely packed with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.


Return Packaging:
Items should be returned in their original packaging or a similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund within 7 business days using the original payment method.
The refund amount will be the item's purchase price minus any applicable return shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as opened or unsealed products, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
